Non-negotiables
- Hybrid (maximum 3 days) or fully remote role. I am adoring spending the typical commuting time with my two children and treasuring this stage of life with my gorgeous wife
- Mutual understanding of workplace flexibility. If I need to occasionally get up at 0430 to make an early flight for a conference or make 10pm zoom calls to international prospects, not a problem. Equally, if I need to start later one day to support my wife in her return to work and then make up for it later on, that won’t be a problem.
